Rec Center Physical Therapy has been operating for over 10 years with an experienced, licensed staff. Located within the Rockwell Collins Recreation Center, the clinic serves Rockwell Collins employees AS WELL AS the general public.
Rockwell Collins Employees - You DO NOT need to be a Rec Center member to receive treatment.
- You do not need a doctor's referral to receive physical therapy coverage under your Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance plan.
- Self referral charges are billed to insurance
- If treated by a physician who wishes to refer you to physical therapy--you, may request to be referred to the Rec Center Physical Therapy.
- Rockwell Collin's on site clinic is convenient and has access to all that the Rec Center has to offer through the course of treatment.
General Public - You DO NOT need to be a Rockwell Collins employee to receive treatment.
- Stop by the clinic or call 295-8899 and we will answer questions concerning your insurance plan pertaining to physical therapy treatment at the Rec Center Physical Therapy Clinic.
- Rec Center Physical Therapy accepts most insurance plans. Your family and friends may be eligible to be treated.
